Customer service does exist!

I got my corset supplies from corsetmaking.com last week.  I've ordered from them before so was quite surprised by the condition of the spiral steel in the order.  There were a couple of places that were so kinked, the loops were broken.  It also had a connector smack dab in the middle of the 10yd length.  So I shot off a polite e-mail (I am of the belief that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar) explaining the problem.  I received a phone call an hour later apologizing for the error and promising to send out another 10yd length.  When I asked how they wanted me to go about returning the damaged stuff, she told me just to keep it and use what I could of it!  The new stuff came today and it's perfect.  After all the trouble I've had with customer service reps. lately, I'm most impressed!
