anielmomI've actually been working, and have made progress on the flower girl dress.
This is the only picture I've taken of this one, and it's already almost done. Oh well, not much interesting to report anyway.
My machine does not like the fabric. It fussed and complained the whole time I was sewing the skirt on. Because of this, it will not be getting the built in slip. Instead, she'll wear her corded petti, (it's an excuse to get another wear out of it before I have to lengthen it) and her simple cotton petti to hide the cords.
So, all that's left is to put in the zip, stitch down the bodice lining, and put in the hem. The finish line is in sight. Just what I need, considering we leave for So.Cal. in 7 days!
