Life has been way too busy lately!  I've been at E's school pretty much every day 'since school started.  Most of that time has been spent in the kindergarten, where Mrs. R has been in dire need of help.  E's first grade class is better able to hang, already having one year under their little belts.
It has also been HOT! On Thursday it was 105 deg f.!  And these kids with no A.C.!  One little girl in E's class actually got a nose bleed just sitting in class! Poor little thing.
I've also been side tracked by the Democratic convention.  Yes, I am a political junkie.  It makes me spittin' mad most of the time, but I just can't stop myself.  So, I had to squeeze as much convention into my meager home time as possible.  I'll only say, I was inspired!
Sewing progress is nil!  Too hot, too tired.  (wrangling kinders, none of whom belong to you, is hard work!)  Perhaps tonight.  I really do need to get E's W&D dress done up!  Don't know if I'll have time to make something for D.  Truthfully, he doesn't really want to go anyway.  But if time permits, a little persuasion will be in order ;b
